Vardar Skopje vs KuPS (7 July 2026, UEFA Champions League): match facts, form and head-to-head

Vardar Skopje’s home ground turned into a quiet stage as KuPS walked away with a 2‑0 victory, extending the Macedonian side’s winless run to two defeats and leaving them still languishing at 137th with no points and a –4 goal difference. The Finnish visitors, now sitting comfortably at 65th, collected their fourth league point after a solid 2‑1 scoring record, having already secured a win and a loss against Vardar in their head‑to‑head meetings this season. The result widened the gap between the two clubs, with KuPS’s single win this campaign contrasting sharply with Vardar’s ongoing struggles. Both teams will now look to regroup, Vardar hoping to snap their early‑season slump while KuPS aims to build on the momentum toward the next round.
